With over 200 years experience between us, we bring a truly independent and critical service to our clients. Why ‘Independent’ ? – BYW is licensed with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) as an independent whole of market provider and is obliged within that license to provide clients with best advice which is indemnified. Equally important is that the tax advisers and accountants we work with as shown below are independent businesses with their own obligations and experiences. Why ‘Critical’ ? – With such independent and separate advisers coming together, we can but be critical of each other and have to between us find a best route forward for our clients or disagree and think again – we think this is a stronger proposition to our clients than most large accountancy or investment or tax advisory businesses might have to offer – our goal being that we can be the best ‘critical friend’ to our clients’.

Glyn Williams (BYW)

With 24 years experience providing financial planning advice direct to clients and fully AFPC qualified, Glyn is responsible for co-ordinating and delivering solutions for our clients.
