With access to so many lenders, some of which are high street names, we are not limited to any one underwriting criteria which helps us to facilitate successful financial applications.

Due to our business levels, our applications are viewed on a case by case basis and lenders are much more flexible than when using standard criteria. We understand the specific packaging requirements for each of our lenders, which means we do not waste time or effort unless we are confident of placing the business successfully.

Our due diligence process ensures we access the most competitive funding in the marketplace and all fees and costs are notified in advance of commencement.
